English transcript labeled zh

For YouTube videos YCIFNPMu0hs and HfCdSY3rD_s, YouTube currently lists no caption tracks (no "Subtitles/CC" on YT page). Your /v1/transcript?mode=native still returns an English transcript labelled zh, though the speech is Mandarin. Is this a cached copy of captions that were since removed?
